What kind of paint do you use?

We use the latest waterborne paint to assure proper color match and help the environment by using less solvent. Our paint is state-of-the-art and approved by all vehicle manufacturers.
 

Do you have a loaner car while I have my vehicle for repairs?

Yes, 14 Star Auto Body will give you a loaner car through our rental car partnership. If you do not have rental car reimbursement through your insurance we will give you one. Please contact us for more information.
 

How long with it take to repair my vehicle?

This question can be tricky to answer, as several factors influence when your car will be ready. The extent of the damage, parts availability, and the insurance claim process are just a few. At 14 Star Auto Body, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way and work hard to return your vehicle as quickly as possible.

Do I have to get three estimates for my insurance?

No, you do not need three estimates. Please note that estimates are just estimates. They reflect the damages that can be seen on the vehicle. Most modern day vehicles require the vehicle to be disassembled and checked with factory (OEM) material and procedure to create a repair plan. Just advise your insurance company you are using 14 Star Auto Body and we will handle the rest.
